Returns Policy
New, unopened items, within the original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must obtain an RMA number along with any requested return item. Any and all are subject to prior written prior authorization. Product(s) must be intact w/PVC film or with original packaging. Packaging must be in 100% resaleable condition or return will be denied and shipped back to customer at their expense.
Upon validation by Melon Lite, subject to Melon Lite's sole discretion, any return will be delivered in accordance with standard shipping and processing. Shipping is not refundable. Melon Lite regular takes 5-7 business days to process your return once received. Any and all returns are subject to 3 to 5 business days processing and handling.
